Services, Individual Therapy, and Fees

Every individual is entitled to a free 15 minute phone consultation to check for compatibility and to discuss their needs

First off, what exactly is individual therapy?

Individual therapy is a one-on-one process where you work with a therapist to explore your struggles, thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. It’s a safe space to talk about what’s troubling you, whether it’s anxiety, stress, or personal challenges. The therapist helps you gain insights, develop coping strategies, obtain a sense of self-worth, and work toward your goals. It’s all about understanding yourself better and finding ways to improve your mental and emotional well-being.

Seeking therapy can be difficult, so please feel free to reach out with any questions you may have. My goal is to make this process as seamless as possible for you!

For Clients: Individual Therapy and Assessments

  • 54 Minute Individual Session – $130
  • 1 Hour and 45 Minute Individual Session – $260
  • 60 Minute Level of Care Assessment for Mental Health or Addiction – $120
If I have a waitlist, that will be  communicated immediately upon you reaching out. You will have the option to remain on the list or I can provide referrals to other professionals.

I reserve 10% of my caseload for sliding scale slots. Sliding scale slots are for individuals who cannot meet my set rate and are filled on a first-come basis. If interested, I can place individuals on a waitlist for a slide spot, although I cannot commit to identifying a timeframe of when a spot would become available. Sliding scale slots are based on the honor system.

For Professionals

As a Licensed Professional Counselor and Approved Clinical Supervisor (ACS) it is an honor to assist therapists in training and other professionals with guidance and support.

Good Faith Estimate Notice
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services. You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
