Specialties

My areas of specialization include: LIFE TRANSITIONS, IDENTITY STRUGGLES, ANXIETY TREATMENT, DEPRESSION TREATMENT, BIPOLAR TREATMENT, TRAUMA TREATMENT, & ADDICTION

My work focuses on treating comorbid, co-occurring, and dual diagnosis disorders, slightly different concepts which ultimately mean individuals who have more than one mental health condition or presenting concern at a time. It is very common for people to have more than one mental health diagnosis and to have these diagnoses influence and contribute to one another. Co-occurring treatment also allows us to focus on overall healing and to identify a plan that is personalized and inclusive of all your concerns.
